Our signature labor + birth support package, the Max, is custom-built just for you! Together we'll discover your birth preferences, explore comfort techniques, and answer any questions you may have about the process. We love building authentic relationships with expecting parents. You can expect our support every step of the way!

• 24/7 phone support throughout pregnancy
• Two prenatal visits
• Personalized birth plan
• Two weeks of on-call services pre-due date
• In-person support throughout labor + birth
• Up to 2 hrs of immediate postnatal support
• One in-home visit during your first week

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

One of three postpartum packages, The Mia offers daytime support in 3-4 hour sessions, providing new parents with the tools they need to navigate the early days of their parenthood journey with ease. Lasts from birth through 16 weeks postpartum.
INCLUDES:
• 45 hours of daytime postpartum support
​• Assistance with infant care: soothing,
swaddling, bathing, feeding, sleep, + more!
• Feeding support: lactation, pumping, bottle​
• Baby-related household chores
• Emotional support for the whole family

the Scout
Similar to the Mia, our Scout package offers additional hours and overnight support. Overnights are provided in 6-8 hour sessions, allowing parents to get some well-deserved rest during the postpartum period. Lasts from birth through 16 weeks postpartum.
INCLUDES:
• 100 hours of combined daytime and
nighttime postpartum support
• Everything included in the Mia package, +
• Overnight care, compatible with all infant
feeding methods
